Komal Sood is Kolkata based fashion designer. When she was asked to describe her collection in Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2012 – Part 1, she said that “we have literally picked up the paintbrush and stroked the georgette and chiffon gowns using bright colours, creating a piece of work within each piece. Sticking to contrasting colours and fusing them together in a graphic free form, each piece comes together with either a sexy neckline or a sequin and stone embellishment.”
