The FDCI (Fashion Design Council of India) released a press release on 27th June to announce coming Big Fashion Extravaganza – The PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2013 starting from 31st July to 4th August. This one is 4th Edition of Delhi Couture Week 2013. The 5 Day Fashion week will showcase collection from India’s nine renowned Couture Designers who will present their finest collections and exquisite designs for a discerning audience. The event promises to showcase the best couturiers at the historic city of Delhi.
